Refund and Return Policy

At WeartheTrends, we want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below:

Order Cancellation and Refunds

Before Printing Process Begins

  • If the order has not yet entered the printing process, cancellations are allowed.
  • Refunds will be processed minus a payment gateway processing fee of 2.74% of the total order amount.
  • Example: For a $50 order, the processing fee would be $1.37, and the refund would be $48.63.

After Printing Process Begins but Before Shipping

  • If the order has started production but has not been shipped, cancellations are allowed for the shipping fee only.
  • A processing fee of 2.74% of the shipping fee will be deducted.
  • Example: For a $10 shipping fee, the processing fee would be $0.27, and the refund for shipping would be $9.73.

After Printing or Shipping

  • Once the order has been printed and is ready to ship, or if it has already shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-printed items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@wearthetrends.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is requested before shipping.
