Order Information

1. Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, email us at info@wearthetrends.com, and we’ll help you track it.

2. Why is there no tracking update?
It may take 1-3 days for tracking information to update after shipping. If tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 days, contact us for assistance.

3. Why is my order taking so long to ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If your order contains pre-order items, it will ship once all items are ready to reduce our carbon footprint.

4. Why didn’t I get a shipment notification email?
Check these steps:

  • Ensure the email address used at checkout is correct.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Review your account order status.

If you still haven’t received it, contact us.

5. Where do you ship to?
We ship globally! Check our Shipping Policy for more details on delivery times and methods.


Order Issues

1. How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before production starts. Log in to your account or email us with your order number and reason. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

2. Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order is placed. You can cancel the order before it leaves our facility.

3. I received a defective/incorrect item. What do I do?
Email us at support@wearthetrends.com with your order number, issue details, and photos of the problem. We’ll resolve it quickly!

4. Missing items from my order?
If items are missing, here are possible reasons:

  • Your order may ship in multiple packages.
  • Items might be on backorder or pre-sale.

If the issue isn’t resolved, email us with photos and your order details.

5. What should I do if there’s something wrong with my order?
Contact us ASAP with your order number, issue details, and photos if applicable.


Returns & Refunds

1. Can I exchange instead of a refund?
We don’t offer exchanges. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

2. How do I return items?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. For detailed instructions, check our Return Policy.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items. We’ll notify you when your refund is issued.

4. Do you refund the delivery charge for returns?
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

5. Why haven’t I received my refund yet?
It may take 1-3 days to process the return and confirm the items. Once confirmed, refunds take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
